FOOD NEWS - 2012 YEAR OF THE FARMER
Growers' Market commences 26 May - STALLHOLDERS WANTED
The Growers' Markets are due to commence their 2012 season on Saturday May 26, and are seeking stallholders for the season.
To become a stallholder at the markets you need to be selling products that are in some way derived from Gascoyne produce, but this might include hot food, value-added products, seedlings, fresh flowers, anything really that your imagination can stretch to...
They are always on the lookout for new stallholders to complement the existing offerings, so if you've always thought about selling your jam made with granny's secret recipe, this is the year for it! To find out more visit the Stallholder info page or email markets(at)gascoynefood.com.au.
Taste of the Gascoyne 2012

With chef Damo Love at the helm it is set to be a banquet of Wild Proportions. Tickets are $150. Gascoyne Food @ UnWined
Gascoyne Food was a major feature of the UnWined WA festival on the 26 & 27 November, 2011. Chefs cooked up a storm in front of the crowds at Subiaco. The promotion of our produce was discussed by Don Hancey and 6 top Perth chefs during cooking demonstrations over the two days. Jude Blereau from Wholefoods fell in love with the beautiful fresh eggplant and cooked up a delicious ratatouille pictured below.
