The Emerald Egg farm is home to 12000 chooks that lay approximately 9000 eggs a day! In addition to eggs, the farm produces pure Jojoba Oil, seasonal preserves, asparagus, and chunks of frozen mango.

Desert Bloom Plantation
Desert Bloom Plantation produce a wide array of fruit and veg year-round - cucumbers, beans, avocadoes... you name it they grow it. During market season, they are also famous for producing the best cup of coffee in town! Their coffee cart offers hot coffees of all types, and delicious pancakes.

Annie's Greek Treats
Annie's Greek Treats stall specialises in greek food made with local produce. Spanakopita (spinach & cheese pies), baklava, tzatziki, pesto, stuffed tomatoes and fresh fruit & veg.

St George's Hot Food Stall
No plantation here, but St George's hold a fundraising stall at the markets each week. Adding to the atmos with the ever-inviting smell of a sausage sizzle, they are renowned for their Churchburgers and fresh fruit smoothies.
