The Guide will be released during 2021 and is a partnership project between the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, the Gascoyne Development Commission, and the Gascoyne Food Council. It will highlight and promote quality Gascoyne food and beverage products, allowing caterers, restaurants, and wholesalers to identify quality local ingredients at a glance, and giving locals and visitors the chance to enjoy the best produce the region has to offer.
The concept was first piloted in the Mid West region, resulting in A Taste of Greater Geraldton – the Gascoyne’s publication will be similar.
